Multi-platform system developed to enhance the reporting and management of road crash incidents. Served by Laravel API with role-based access (reporter, nurse, EMT, driver), push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), and OpenStreetMap (OSM) integration. Developed using Evolutionary Prototyping Model with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) assessment showing high user ratings: 4.63 perceived usefulness, 4.84 ease of use, and 4.70 behavioral intention.
